I’m not an average breeder. My poodles are not just here to make more poodles. My home and our land reflect how the toy poodles are truly a huge part of our lifestyle. I work and play with them every day. They get walks on our hiking trails and have fun play areas designed just for them.

Toy Poodle puppies are a great source of joy for me and so is raising them to be super friendly and ready for their new homes.

Poodle Puppies Information

I want to share some toy poodle puppies information here. How a poodle puppy is raised from the beginning makes a lot of difference in how they will be as an adult. 

I try to make them as ready as possible so the transition is easier for them and for you!

  • Puppies are handled daily and multiple times a day. I use a puppy culture program to help prepare pups and set them up for successful lives.
  • Early potty training begins around 3 weeks old or as soon as eyes are opened and they are moving around.
  • As soon as they are eating, I start giving them extra tiny sized kong chew toys so they get used to chewing on toys and not things they shouldn’t.
  • They get a puppy mobile gym too that helps with coordination. Also enforcing that playing and chewing on toys is the right thing instead of them deciding to play with things they shouldn’t
  • Grooming is a big part of poodle life so I spend time desensitizing faces, ears, feet. They get their first trim around 5 to 6 weeks old. This saves a lot of drama for your groomer! They will be glad to groom your new poodle!
